 International Policy

Rationale:

ABSS hosts a full Kindergarten-Elementary curriculum and provides students with the guidance and motivation to attain excellence in worldwide life. Also we aim to raise them as global community helpers and citizens to be aware of the international conflicts and problems in the whole world not only in their country.


Purposes:

• to bring the world to our school by building  a better understanding of other beliefs, cultures, and traditions

• to encourage greater environmental global issue

• to be community helpers by focusing on global issues such as pollution, children with cancer, poverty,  and human's rights  

• to accept, respect, and show positive attitude towards the identity of other countries

• to develop the use of ICT for better communication with the world  

Guidelines:

• to develop awareness and involvement of the whole staff and the wider community in international activities across curriculum

• to encourage sending emails and communicating with other friends abroad

• to understand that flags represent the identity of countries

• to have rich international experience in many global problems such as environment, children's right ...

• to promote the use of sport and its values to change the world  

• to get involved with other countries traditional dances and historical touristic places

• to get aware of international diversity
